4. Error Tracking & Diagnostics (Sentry)

We use Sentry.io to monitor system stability and fix crashes. To provide fast customer support and maintain service security, we process:

• Diagnostic Logs: Technical data showing the state of the application at the time of an error.
• User Actions: A "breadcrumb" trail of clicks/actions leading up to a crash.
• Device Information: Browser type, OS version, and device model.

We explicitly exclude sensitive financial data (credit card numbers) and plain-text passwords from these logs.

Our servers are located in the EU (Hetzner Online GmbH). Diagnostic logs are processed by Sentry (US), under standard contractual clauses (SCCs) ensuring GDPR compliance.
