These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the "Client") and BistroNex Ltd (the "Company"), registered in England and Wales.
Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All payments are processed securely via third-party providers.
BistroNex reserves the right to adjust subscription fees. For invoices issued in volatile currencies, we may review prices quarterly. If inflation or exchange rates fluctuate by more than 10%, we will notify you 30 days in advance of any adjustment.
By using BistroNex, you acknowledge that the software collects diagnostic telemetry data (including crash reports and usage logs) to assist in debugging and service improvement. This data is used solely for technical maintenance and is not sold to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BistroNex Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect damages or loss of business profits. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
